Introduction
   Two promising K-pop stars took the stage at the prestigious music festival Lollapalooza. They are TOMORROW X TOGETHER and New Jeans. For both groups, Lollapalooza was a very special experience. TXT stood as a headliner at Lollapalooza, and New Jeans had a debut stage in North America through Lollapalooza. Shall we find out more about the story?
1. Lollapalooza
   For those who don’t know, Lollapalooza is a large-scale music festival held in the United States where music artists of various genres gather to perform. The festival was first held in 1991 by American singer and music producer Perry Palentine.
   Lollapalooza takes its name from a European agricultural festival held in Rome in BC, providing fun and enjoyment to the public by presenting various arts and cultures. These festivals are held in various cities in the United States, usually during the summer, and are attended by large audiences to enjoy the music and spend time in a relaxed atmosphere.
2. TXT became the first headliner among K-pop singers
   TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s Lollapalooza headliner performance was really hot! This was their second Lollapalooza appearance, and last year they performed before j-hope and earned the title of the first K-Pop singer in Lollapalooza.
   On stage, the five members opened up a performance with hot rock-based songs. TOMORROW X TOGETHER showed off 20 songs of various genres, performing all the songs with a live band performance. Members’ individual unit stages were also held, and performances such as ‘Lonely Boy’ sung by Yeonjun and Huening Kai and ‘Thursday’s Child Has Far To Go’ by Soobin, Beomgyu, and Taehyun also received enthusiastic responses.
   In particular, the performance of their self-composed song ‘Blue Spring’ was very impressive. It hasn’t been officially released yet, but a huge crowd of people sang along in unison waving their cell phone flashlights. In addition, TOMORROW X TOGETHER performed the joint single ‘Do It Like That’ live for the first time with the Jonas Brothers, and even announced the release of a remix with Jax Jones.
   They shared their feelings of being thrilled with the fans at Lollapalooza, making unforgettable memories for the rest of their lives, and shared their expectations for future activities.
3. New Jeans' North American debut and successful Lollapalooza performance
   About a year after the debut of a K-pop group called NewJeans, they took the stage at Lollapalooza. This time, New Jeans became the first K-pop girl group to perform on the stage of ‘Lollapalooza’ with about 70,000 spectators.
   New Jeans’ fans enjoyed a collaboration event with Spotify at a pop-up booth called ‘Bunny Land’ before the performance, adding to their anticipation. As the stage started, the audience sang together New Jeans’ hit songs such as ‘Hype boy’, ‘Ditto’, and ‘Attention’.
   New Jeans performed a total of 12 live performances for about 45 minutes without showing any sign of trembling. They performed ‘Cookie’, ‘Hurt (remix ver.)’, and ‘OMG’ while matching the rhythm with the audience.
   In addition, six songs from New Jeans’ 2nd mini album ‘Get Up’ were also presented. ‘New Jeans’, ‘Super Shy’, ‘ETA’, ‘Cool With You’, ‘Get Up’, and ‘ASAP’ are on stage. Fans cheered loudly for the stage filled with their own freshness and freshness.
